Room was very Old .. Not so many lights in the room its dark.. Wifi was not working most of the time, intercom was dead , helpdesk dont know english, breakfast was very bad ..

Rooms not very well maintained. Television did not work. Bathroom shower head not good and toilet leaked water over floor.

Hotel was old and run down. Room wasn’t very clean and we had to ask the staff for our room to be cleaned. Buffet breakfast was below average.

Weak WiFi, leaky toilet, and a shower I was nervous to step into...not worth the price.

I loved the location - during Loy Krathong, I could watch the lanterns fly up in the sky all night. Located between the two main bridges, it was central to all the activity during the festival.

WiFi was basically non-existent and when I asked staff if other guests have trouble with it, they replied, “Yes, not strong enough.” Yet, they don’t do anything to fix it. So I’d have to walk to Greek Restaurant nearby to check anything on my phone. My toilet leaked (a lot) any time I flushed, the shower looked like an animal died in it, and everything seemed broken. If it were 400 Baht a night, I’d maybe understand - but this hotel is far too expensive for what you (don’t) get.

You're paying for location, but not getting any additional value.

I booked this hotel 100% based on location, and got exactly what I wanted there. Other than it was difficult to actually find the hotel access because it is deceiving on the map.

The rooms are extremely outdated and rundown. There was a water leak from the roof right in the entrance of my room so the carpet outside the bathroom was always wet. Additionally, the furniture was tattered and torn. Everything was very worn out.

A pleasant stay.

The pool was great but did not have many lounges or chairs. The hotel could use an update as it has gotten tired looking after 30 years. However, for the price, we were happy to have found it. Very Central and right on the Ping river. A nice view from our room overlooking river. Breakfast Asian food. We stayed here for about 9 days in total. Staff very pleasant. We would stay here again.

Adequate hotel, good view of the river, but needs work.

The view out the window was exactly what I booked this room for. I wanted to watch the lantern festival up high. The breakfast was ok mostly Asian dishes, eggs, sausages, and a toast station.

This place needs a lot of maintenance and updates. It seems like it is stuck in the 80s.

Nice view of the river and the lantern festival, but needs serious improvements all around.

The location was great for watching the lantern festival out the window, you could see the fireworks, the loy krattong in the river, and the lanterns being let off all over. The room and bathroom were clean. Breakfast was serviceable, mostly asian breakfast but some toast and scrambled eggs.

The bed was somewhat uncomfortable. The decor of the entire room needs updating, the pink color is too much. The room looks like it is stuck in the 80s, all of the hotel does.

Big room but very old. Great location especially for lantern festival awesome that's why we choose it.

We had a cockroach in the room and we were only there for 2 nights. And a short power cut.

Receptionist (women) is extremely rude

Receptionist had re-asked to pay room charges while we're check-out. Actually, we already paid one day advance. She didn't accepted our explanation and re-asked to pay again and again. She is very rude. And also, breakfast is very bad. Moreover, bed and bathroom are very dirty.
